Tenerife hotels the perfect base for a trekking adventure
I love walking. It doesn’t matter where, but as long as I have the chance to get outside and enjoy the scenery then I’m happy. I’m up for a real challenge on my next holiday abroad and so am thinking about tackling Mount Teide on Tenerife in the Canary Islands. I’ll have to get a permit before I go as normally you’re not allowed to hike to the crater. The air is incredibly thin so you have to be pretty fit and healthy, but I’ve heard it’s really worth it once you reach the top. I just need to look through the selection of Tenerife hotels in the area to make sure I have a really nice place to go back to after my challenging 8 hour trek.
