I inherited some money so I decided to go traveling.
Last year, I received some distressful yet happy news. My dear great uncle had passed away in his sleep, leaving me – his sole beneficiary – a good sum of money. At first, I was terribly sad at my uncle’s death, but once I read his will I was greatly cheered. I decided that I should use my inheritance in a way that would please my late uncle, and thus I chose to go abroad to his favorite vacation destination – the Lake District in North West England. My uncle was an architect, and was terribly fond of the buildings in this district. His favorite kinds of buildings were the lake district cottages, Hotels Lake District, and B&B Lake District. he found the Lake District Cottages quaint yet well built, sturdy yet giving the impression of age and antiquity. The Hotels Lake District were more modern, but equally comfortable and architecturally sound. He loved the B&B Lake District because each B&B was never the same. Some were housed in two hundred year old cottages that stood as tall and strong as if they had been built yesterday. In honor of my uncle, I made sure to stay at Lake District Cottages, Hotels Lake District, and B&B Lake District. I think this vacation was truly the best way to honor the memory of my late uncle. I know that while I was staying at one particularly adorable little cottage, I could almost hear my uncle’s cheery voice complementing me on my choice of accommodations.
