Starting off my own estate agency business
It was only the other day that i thought about how I’d go about starting off my own estate agency business.
i suppose the first thing that comes to mind is business software and IT needs as most property sale transactions are conducted over the Internet these days.
I had to think what it was that my business really needed and determined that the best way forward for me was to look at purchasing a web-based estate agency software application to help run my business. This was my first mistake because it seems that web based software isn’t ’sold’ to you in the traditional sense. The companies use a business model they refer to as ASP or ‘Application Service Provision’.
One of the most interesting of these companies and one that appeared to have the best system I’ve ever seen is the baysoft ASP system.
