Security Fence
If I live in a community where there are other families that live around me, would it be alright to put up a fence for security? I have been wanting to put up some electric gates really badly, but I do not know if this is safe for the people in my neighborhood. Would those kinds of gates end up hurting someone, or could I choose to keep one on a lower voltage setting? I do not know how they work, completely, but I would love to learn more so that I can make my decision. I want to have great security while keeping others safe.
