Increase the flavor in your turkey
A great way to increase the flavor in your turkey recipes is to melt a bowl of butter, and add in your spices. Once you have stirred in the spices, you can then lift the skin of the turkey, and begin pouring your new flavor mixture underneath the skin, rubbing it around well. What this is going to do is give you an incredibly juicy turkey, with the butter locking in the flavors of the spices that you used in the beginning. These types of juices often stay inside of the bird regardless of how you intend to cook it, even in conventional ovens.
