The Cheat Your Way Thin Program Worked for Me
I have used about every diet and/or exercise program known to man to lost weight. I have had some results, but nothing that lasted for very long. Some of them are just to strict to follow for someone like me. When I found the cheat your way thin program, I had to take a second look. That just sounded like something I could do. I learned how to strategically eat even fatty foods as my indulgence and I still lost weight. It seemed to just melt off and stay off. I have met my goal and kept the weight off now for over a year.
