Making Old Eyes Last Longer
Dad’s job at the plant requires that he be able to spot small defects in the products being manufactured and cull them out as the belt goes by. He’s been doing the job for years and wants to continue until his retirement in three more years. When he started having trouble with his eyes a few months ago, he really worried that he might have to give up his job. Dad felt that he was too old to try to learn a new position and became more and more frustrated. When we talked him into laser eye surgery, he immediately noticed the difference, especially at work. He feels confident he can work now until his normal retirement.
