Burning Fat Diet: How it Should be Done

Most of us, without proper awareness of what diet really is, have mistaken it for eating-control-operation when actually the proper diet is just to eat the right amount of food at the right time and the right meal. Perhaps, you could retain the amount of food that you used to take and just lessen the carbohydrates and fat contents.
