I heard some guy giving a lecture the other day at my local bookstore. It was a pretty interesting set up. They were all local authors of books, and had joined together to have a kind of a lecture night to try and sell their books. They each had fifteen minutes. The guy that I saw was talking about weight loss and fitness in general. He was giving all kinds of really good weight loss tips. His background is both as a personal trainer, and as certified nutritionist. Many of the tips he gave were pretty good, and there were some interesting ones in there that I hadn’t heard before. I never knew olive oil was such a good source of good fats. Maybe I’ll pick up a bottle next time I’m at the health food store.

It has always been the number one thing in my mind. I know for sure that it is never really easy to deal with so many insecurities. I always think that it is going to be really difficult to do this. For me, everything is just a dream as it is never really easy to have all of the things needed to get this going out the right way. I must say that the 6 pack abs workout will make things easier for us. Of course I was not that easily swayed with things. I was thinking that the 6 pack abs workouts will make this even more difficult for me. But then again, things have become really different from what I have expected of it. I am feeling so well now. We all know that South Africa is a country of 44 million people but do you know that it only has 150 podiatrists and one small training school? So I was up late one night searching through site after site looking up secrets for muscle gain. I’m completely scrawny and can’t gain muscle to save my life, but hey a guy can dream right?
