Web Hosting Service Changes the World
Yesterday I learned about a new (for me) idea: a web hosting service. Imagine the idea that several people want to get their information out to a large group of their friends and acquaintances–their date of birth, their hobbies, their triumphs and successes and maybe even asking for prayer. One of the friends has an idea about gathering the data into one space, on a server, and then making that data available through connecting with the internet. All of a sudden MyFriends.com is born (or myspace, facebook, or other fun site) and the world will never be the same. All that great data right at my fingertips!
